The folks tasked with the installation were "ill-prepared" at best. Raf observed a significant error in rigging the pick for my sculpture and quickly pointed it out, while offering a solution to the problem. Following Raf's recommendations, the crew rigged the sculpture in a way that minimized potential damage to the piece, installing it without a hitch... he truly "saved the day" and I am eternally grateful. But they know that because I spoke with them this weekend, then texted about a map location so they could see it via satellite and then Brandon still came by to check out the situation today.

And they can't do it. But the customer service to this point on a project that they likely couldn't accomplish has been so good that I wanted to at least drop a review on here. Suggestions that he was not being hired for. It was very impressive that they were not just in it to take a job and apologize after they destroy my driveway, or rush out when they knew they couldn't do it, instead they were honest, courteous and went the extra mile.
